MET-Rx® RTD 55's are for people who lead a busy
lifestyle. MET-Rx® understand that some people find it
hard to find the time to mix their protein shakes,that's
why MET-Rx® produced the RTD 55 range – fat free,
low in carbs and delicious tasting shakes that are
ready to drink (no mixing required).
MET-Rx® RTD 55 shakes are made from milk protein
from two main sources: Casein and Whey, which are
without a doubt the two best proteins available. Whey
is the most bio-available protein in the world. It's fast
acting and supplies the most important Aminos in
large amounts. Casein on the other hand is a slower
acting protein that contains other essential Aminos
which can help towards providing a base of amino
